As a direct specialty care practice, we focus on delivering personalized, patient-centered care outside of traditional insurance models. While we do not bill insurance directly, many services, such as labs, imaging, and prescriptions, may still be covered through your plan. We also provide detailed visit documentation to support out-of-network reimbursement when applicable.

Core Visit Types
FemFast Visit
Quick visits for straightforward issues that can be addressed efficiently, typically within 30 minutes.
Telehealth available.
Urgent after-hours or weekend Telehealth available.
Precision Care Visit
Focused visit for one main concern, with time for detailed discussion and treatment planning, typically 30–45 minutes.
Telehealth is available, though an in-office exam may be required. Return patient follow-up (30–45 mins).
Comprehensive Care Visit
An in-depth evaluation for more complex or multiple concerns, typically 45–60 minutes.

Essential Wellness Visit
A 45–60 minute annual preventive exam with a holistic review of overall health.
Comprehensive

Our most complete experience — combines annual preventive care with complex or multiple health concerns (60–90 minutes).

Concierge Visit
For patients who prefer the ultimate convenience. The doctor comes to you — at home, your office, or another preferred location. (Fee applies in addition to the visit level charge.)

Navya (ਨਵਿਆ) means new, fresh, and renewed in Punjabi.
The name reflects both my heritage and my philosophy of care: a physician-guided approach to rejuvenation that prioritizes thoughtful evaluation, individualized treatment, and informed choice. Each treatment is selected based on your individual needs and comfort level:
VTone – Pelvic Floor Support
VTone is a non-invasive treatment that uses gentle electrical muscle stimulation to help strengthen and rehabilitate the pelvic floor. It’s commonly used to support bladder control, reduce leakage, and improve overall pelvic strength.
FormaV – Tissue Health & Comfort
FormaV uses controlled radiofrequency energy to gently warm vaginal and vulvar tissues, improving circulation, elasticity, and moisture. This treatment can be especially helpful for dryness, mild laxity, and changes related to aging or hormonal shifts.
Morpheus8V – Advanced Tissue Renewal

At East Bay OBGYN, we offer transparent, bundled pricing for most in-office and outpatient gynecologic surgeries to make your care planning simple and stress-free.
Your Quoted Surgical Fee Includes:

You will also receive a detailed cost estimate with applicable CPT codes and supporting documentation to assist with insurance reimbursement, if applicable.
Insurance & Prior Authorization
East Bay OBGYN does not obtain prior authorizations or submit claims for insurance coverage on behalf of patients. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm any required prior authorization and to estimate your out-of-pocket costs for hospital, facility, or third-party services.
That said, when appropriate, Dr. Nat may communicate with your insurance provider to support coverage of facility-based services (such as hospital, surgery center, or anesthesia services). This advocacy is limited to supporting medical necessity for third-party services and does not apply to the surgeon’s professional fees, which are paid directly to East Bay OBGYN.
Please note: Our surgical fee covers only services provided directly by East Bay OBGYN.

Obstetrical Care Packages
Every pregnancy is unique, and so is your care. At East Bay OBGYN, we offer both bundled and unbundled maternity care options to fit your needs.
Bundled Packages
Our comprehensive obstetrical packages include prenatal visits, delivery, and postpartum follow-up. When bundled, you won’t pay extra for administrative services, injections, or vaccines for you or your partner.
Unbundled Options
If you’re receiving care from a midwife or another provider, you can select only the services you need—such as prenatal care, delivery support, or postpartum visits.
Please note: The package fee covers only the professional services provided directly by East Bay OBGYN.
