A Clear, Thoughtful Approach to Care
As a direct specialty care practice, we focus on delivering personalized, patient-centered care outside of traditional insurance models. While we do not bill insurance directly, many services, such as labs, imaging, and prescriptions, may still be covered through your plan. We also provide detailed visit documentation to support out-of-network reimbursement when applicable.

Core Visit Types
FemFast Visit
(30 minutes)
In-office or Telehealth
Focused visits for straightforward concerns that can be addressed efficiently. Ideal when you know what’s going on and want timely, effective care.
After-hours and weekend appointments are available via telehealth for urgent concerns.
Comprehensive Care Visit (60 minutes)
In-office or Telehealth
Our most common visit type is designed to allow time for a thorough evaluation, thoughtful discussion, and personalized care planning. Recommended for most new concerns, ongoing symptoms, or when you would like a more in-depth approach to your care.
Essential Wellness Visit
(60 minutes)
An annual preventive exam with a comprehensive, holistic review of your health. Includes age-appropriate screenings, lifestyle assessment, and time to address your overall well-being.
Comprehensive
Wellness Visit
(90 minutes)
Our most comprehensive, physician-guided experience — combining your annual preventive exam with an in-depth evaluation of complex or multiple concerns. Designed for patients who want dedicated time, deeper discussion, and a more personalized, integrative approach to their care.
Concierge Visit
(90 minutes)
For patients who prefer personalized, on-location care. Dr. Nat comes to you — at your home, office, or preferred setting — for a private, convenient, and highly tailored experience.

Obstetrical Care Packages
Every pregnancy is unique, and so is your care. At East Bay OBGYN, we offer both bundled and unbundled maternity care options to fit your needs.
Bundled Packages
Our comprehensive obstetrical packages include prenatal visits, delivery, and postpartum follow-up. When bundled, you won’t pay extra for administrative services, injections, or vaccines for you or your partner.
Unbundled Options
If you’re receiving care from a midwife or another provider, you can select only the services you need—such as prenatal care, delivery support, or postpartum visits.
Please note: The package fee covers only the professional services provided directly by East Bay OBGYN.
Not included (billed separately by other providers or facilities):

Hospital or facility charges for delivery or inpatient care

Labs, ultrasounds, or other diagnostic testing
If you have insurance, many of these additional services may be covered. We encourage you to verify your benefits directly with your insurer.
Surgical Care
At East Bay OBGYN, we offer transparent, bundled pricing for most in-office and outpatient gynecologic surgeries to make your care planning simple and stress-free.
Your Quoted Surgical Fee Includes:

You will also receive a detailed cost estimate with applicable CPT codes and supporting documentation to assist with insurance reimbursement, if applicable.
Insurance & Prior Authorization
East Bay OBGYN does not obtain prior authorizations or submit claims for insurance coverage on behalf of patients. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm any required prior authorization and to estimate your out-of-pocket costs for hospital, facility, or third-party services.
That said, when appropriate, Dr. Nat may communicate with your insurance provider to support coverage of facility-based services (such as hospital, surgery center, or anesthesia services). This advocacy is limited to supporting medical necessity for third-party services and does not apply to the surgeon’s professional fees, which are paid directly to East Bay OBGYN.
